My name is Mark and I set up Weyglaze in 2005. Prior to Weyglaze I worked primarily with shopfronts, installing fixtures and fitting windows. I decided to create my own company as I wanted to provide a service that was always professional, courteous and above all economical. I love my job, as I get to meet a range of people and work in a number of different environments. My company has existed for more than 14 years, and the majority of my clients are homeowners but I often carry out work for; local nursing homes, lettings agents, schools and colleges.
As a small business and sole trader, I believe in the absolute importance of customer service. I always complete jobs to the best of my ability and this is what has served me well 99.99% of the time.
I treat others how I wanted to be treated and I have a number of important values which I will never compromise on.
- Free consultations mean free. When I visit your home, I’ll do my best to offer you my impartial guidance and assistance. If repairing your windows or doors isn’t the best solution, I’ll be sure to let you know.
- I will never pressure you with sales tactics. I don’t sell replacement windows or doors, so you can be sure that my advice is objective and fair.
- You will only deal with me. I have no receptionist and if you need me for any reason, all you have to do is pick up the phone.
- I will never overcharge or surprise you with hidden costs. All prices are agreed upfront, and my work does not come with any additional charges.
